    Weco was contracted to over see and help with the installation of the Orbacom TDM-150 for South Carolina Forestry. They have their own technicians in each district, with the director being in Columbia, SC. We did all of the programming, screen setup and final inspection of the system. We also helped in getting the three (3) T1 circuits
balanced and levels set to work with the system.

    Columbia, SC is the headquarters and has the main Orbacom TDM 150 central processor package (CPP). The three other districts are linked to Columbia via T1 circuits. There is one dispatch position at Columbia.

    Newberry, SC is one of the districts and has three (3) dispatch positions that are linked to the CPP (central processing package) in Columbia via T1 circuits. Newberry also has its own CPP that can be enabled if the T1 to Columbia goes down or there is a problem in Columbia.

    Florence, SC and Walterboro, SC are the other two districts and are configured the same as Newberry except they have four (4) dispatch positions.
